Prior to our first babies being recently available for adoption, our partnership adopted, sheltered, rehomed, funded and transported rats for several years. Our last 2 adoptees from the MSPCA just turned 3 in 2019! Although Ratopia - Hearts of Fluff will be closed for the time being, emergency help is still available.
Coy, Vance and Daisy were 3 of a dozen or so babies from an unstable Hamilton feeder breeder who regularly threatened to harm his rats. The loving but inexperienced rescuer was overwhelmed with all of them and asked if I could help out. Devastatingly, these babies were too aggressive to be integrated, and Coy eventually a client's rat.0

<--- After being advertised for pets in a threatening Craigslist ad, owner coldly dumped them at Fosters Exotics in New Port Richey Florida who housed them in mixed sex tank. After caring PA Breeder/ Rescue Holly & Andrea offered temporary shelter, I bought all the females and drove 1000 miles to their new home where they were able to find a forever home

<--- "Pineapple" found in a backyard terrified and terrorized, at first seemed hopeless. But after a long trying month of using every last resort of our training system on her, her hard, fearful expression softened and we rescued her another companion "Blueberry." As you can see, they are now both as sweet as peaches in a pie, and a hilarious pair to boot.
